The Edibles Garden

Everything in the Edibles Garden is edible! The edibles garden was designed to illustrate how easy it is to mix edibles into the landscape around your home. A productive garden including tree fruits, vegetables, berries, herbs, and edible flowers can offer beauty and function throughout the seasons.

The methods of growing the plants may change from year to year, e.g., from no trellis to having a trellis or raised beds to no raised beds. Annuals such as peppers and tomatoes will change in variety each year. As the space evolves each year, it is our desire to ignite an interest in the public to start their own gardens and join us as we learn new and different techniques to grow our own foods.
